Our refund policy states that due to the custom nature of embroidery digitizing services, no refunds are issued once the design has been completed and delivered; however, we offer free revisions to ensure the design stitches out correctly and meets production standards. Refunds may only be considered if the order has not yet been started or if we are unable to complete the design. Customers are responsible for providing clear artwork and accurate instructions, as issues caused by poor-quality images or incorrect details are not eligible for refunds. While we ensure files are production-ready, final results may vary depending on fabric, machine settings, and thread quality. If you experience any issues, please contact us first so we can resolve the matter promptly before initiating any payment dispute.
